These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Soraya Luna trading brand website and to purchases, bookings, subscriptions, physical products and other services offered by the Soraya Luna Oracle.
Soraya Luna Oracle (“Soraya Luna”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operating under the Soraya Luna trading brand.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a product or service. By placing an order, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT
Soraya Luna brand services are available only to people aged 18 or over.
You will be asked to provide your date of birth as part of the information required to process your order.
By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If we establish that a purchaser is under 18, no spiritual or reading service will be provided and the applicable payment will be refunded.

2. NATURE OF SORAYA LUNA SERVICES
Soraya Luna provides services including tarot and oracle readings, psychic and clairvoyant readings, mediumship and channelled messages, astrology and birth-chart services, personalised horoscopes, energy work, manifestation guidance and related spiritual services.
These services are provided for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, inspiration, personal development and entertainment purposes only.
Soraya Luna provides spiritual guidance, insight and interpretation — not certainty, guaranteed predictions or control over future events, other people or the spiritual realm.
Services are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial or other qualified professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or services.
If you require professional assistance, you should contact an appropriately qualified professional without delay. If you feel unsafe, threatened or at risk, contact the appropriate emergency or support service rather than waiting for a reading.
This reflects the existing Soraya Luna brand policy that spiritual services do not replace qualified professional assistance.

3. YOUR CHOICES & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
A reading is guidance and should not be regarded as an instruction requiring you to take, or refrain from taking, a particular action.
You remain in control of your life and are responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions.
Circumstances change. Other people make their own choices. You have free will.
You should use your own judgement when considering information received through a reading or spiritual service.
Nothing communicated during a Soraya Luna Oracle service constitutes a guarantee that taking a particular action will result in a particular personal, relationship, career, business, financial, health or other outcome.

4. PREDICTIONS, TIMING & FUTURE EVENTS
Tarot, psychic, clairvoyant, mediumship, astrology and other spiritual readings provide guidance based upon the energies, information, impressions, symbolism and messages available at the time of the reading.
No prediction, timing, event or future outcome is guaranteed.
The future is fluid. Circumstances, energies, opportunities and the decisions and actions of you and other people may change the direction, timing or outcome of events.
A prediction may appear to materialise within hours, months or years; it may materialise differently from the way anticipated or interpreted; or it may not materialise at all.
Soraya Luna Oracle therefore cannot guarantee if, when or exactly how a predicted event will occur.
The fact that a prediction has not occurred within a particular period, or has not occurred in the way you expected, does not in itself mean that the purchased service was not properly provided and does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
This approach is consistent with Soraya Luna brand’s existing position that tarot explores energies and possible trajectories rather than an unavoidable predetermined future.

5. MEDIUMSHIP & CONTACT WITH SPIRIT
Contact with a particular Spirit, deceased person, ancestor or spiritual presence cannot be guaranteed.
You may request or hope to connect with a particular person, but Soraya Luna cannot control who, if anyone, comes through during a session or what information or messages are received.
For example, you may wish to connect with a deceased parent while another relative, ancestor or spiritual presence comes through instead.
Soraya Luna Oracle will communicate and interpret what is genuinely received rather than manufacture, change or embellish a message to meet a customer’s expectations.
A session will therefore not be considered unsuccessful simply because the particular person you hoped to hear from did not come through, provided the purchased service has otherwise been properly performed.
No refund is due merely because a particular Spirit did not make contact or because the messages received were different from those expected or hoped for.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a service has not been supplied as agreed or with the standard required by law.
Soraya Luna already makes clear that a particular prediction, message or connection with a specific person in Spirit cannot be guaranteed.

6. SATISFACTION WITH A READING
Soraya Luna will provide readings and spiritual services genuinely and with care and positive intention.
However, spiritual messages do not necessarily correspond with what a customer hopes, expects or wants to hear.
Once a personalised reading or session has been fully performed or delivered in accordance with your order, you do not have a right to a refund simply because you disagree with, dislike or are disappointed by the messages, interpretation, guidance or outcome of the reading.
Similarly, dissatisfaction because:
• a prediction has not occurred;
• an event has not occurred within the expected timeframe;
• a particular Spirit did not come through;
• the cards or reading produced an unexpected message;
• you disagree with the interpretation;
• another reader has provided a different interpretation; or
• events subsequently develop differently,
does not, by itself, establish that Soraya Luna failed to provide the purchased service.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services supplied to consumers must be performed with reasonable care and skill. These Terms do not attempt to exclude that requirement.
6.1 REFUNDS FOR SERVICES
Once a service has been fully performed/delivered in accordance with your order, you do not have a right to a refund simply because you disagree with, dislike or are disappointed by the messages, interpretation, guidance or outcome of the reading. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds can only be provided when there was a genuine failure to provide the purchased service, or failure to exercise reasonable care.

7. THIRD PARTIES & ETHICAL BOUNDARIES
Soraya Luna readings concentrate primarily on you, your circumstances and the energies surrounding you.
Where another person forms part of your question, for example, a partner or potential partner, Soraya Luna Oracle may explore the relationship, relevant dynamics and energies and what those circumstances mean for you.
Soraya Luna Oracle respects the privacy, autonomy and free will of third parties and will not use a reading as an opportunity to intrude unnecessarily into another person’s private life.
The focus will return to you, your energy, experience, choices and what you can influence.

8. BLACK MAGIC, CURSES, SPELLS & ENERGY WORK
Soraya Luna Oracle, under any circumstances, does not perform black magic, curses, hexes, harmful spells, coercive rituals or spiritual practices intended to harm, control, manipulate or interfere with the free will of another person.
We will not perform rituals intended to make another person fall in love with you, leave somebody else, return to a relationship, suffer misfortune, lose money, change a decision against their will or otherwise attempt to control or harm a third party.
Soraya Luna Oracle may offer positive spiritual or energy practices intended to support the person requesting them, including energy clearing, healing, protection, intention-setting and positive-energy or abundance-attracting rituals. These practices are sometimes referred to as white magic.
Such practices are offered for spiritual, personal-development and positive-intention purposes. No particular physical, financial, relationship, health, manifestation or other real-world outcome is guaranteed.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR READINGS
You are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required to perform your service.
Astrology and birth-chart services require information including your date, time and place of birth.
The accuracy and detail of an astrological interpretation depend upon the accuracy of the information supplied.
Soraya Luna Oracle and Soraya Luna brand are not responsible for inaccuracies arising directly from incorrect, incomplete or misleading birth or other information supplied by the customer.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Soraya Luna Privacy Policy.
Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Soraya Luna does not receive or store your complete card details, as reflected in our existing Privacy/FAQ information.

10. RECORDED READINGS, BIRTH CHARTS & PERSONALISED SERVICES
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, recorded personalised readings and Birth Chart PDF services are normally delivered within 24–48 hours after Soraya Luna Oracle has received the information necessary to perform the service and the payment.
During unusually busy periods, we may advise you of a longer expected delivery time.
If we advise you before beginning the work that we cannot meet the stated delivery period and you do not wish to accept the revised delivery time, you may cancel the unperformed service for a full refund.
Once the personalised service has been completed and supplied, dissatisfaction with its spiritual message, prediction or interpretation is dealt with under Sections 4–6 above.

11. PERSONALISED HOROSCOPE SUBSCRIPTION
The Personalised Horoscope service is a monthly rolling subscription.
An initial Birth Chart purchase is required.
Where the current offer is:
Birth Chart: £69
First Personalised Horoscope: £30
Initial payment: £99
Thereafter: £30 per month
The applicable prices will also be clearly displayed before checkout.
After the initial purchase, the personalised horoscope is supplied monthly on or around the monthly anniversary of the original purchase.
The subscription continues monthly until cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days’ notice.
Any payment falling properly due during the notice period remains payable and the corresponding horoscope will be supplied.
We do not charge a separate cancellation fee for cancelling the monthly subscription.

12. ANNUAL LOVE & MONEY READING PACKAGES
Soraya Luna may offer discounted 12-month reading packages.
The current packages are:
2 Readings Per Month Package
Two 30-minute recorded readings per month for 12 months, plus three bonus 20-minute live sessions during the annual term.
One bonus session becomes available during each four-month period.
1 Reading Per Month Package
One 30-minute recorded reading per month for 12 months, plus two bonus 20-minute live sessions during the annual term.
One bonus session becomes available during each six-month period.
Quarterly Package
One 30-minute recorded reading per quarter for 12 months, plus one bonus 20-minute live session during the annual term.
These annual packages do not automatically renew.

13. DELIVERY OF PACKAGE READINGS
Recorded video readings are supplied automatically according to the schedule attached to the package.
For monthly packages, readings are issued on or around the relevant monthly anniversary of the original purchase.
For quarterly packages, readings are issued on or around the applicable quarterly anniversary.
Monthly and quarterly reading entitlements do not accumulate or carry forward. Customers do not need to “bank” their scheduled recorded readings.
Bonus live sessions must be used within the applicable entitlement period and while the annual package remains active.
Unused readings or bonus sessions expire at the end of their applicable entitlement period and cannot be transferred, carried forward or exchanged for cash.
Bonus sessions are complimentary benefits of the applicable package and have no independent cash value.

14. CANCELLING AN ANNUAL PACKAGE
Because annual packages are sold at a discounted reading price, where a customer exercises this additional contractual cancellation right, we calculate the value of services already supplied by reference to the standard standalone price clearly disclosed on our website.
Where the applicable standard standalone price is £111 per reading, that price will therefore be used when calculating the value of readings already supplied, before processing cancellation.
Any resulting refundable balance for the package and services that will no longer be supplied will be returned to the customer.

15. LIVE SESSIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Live sessions are arranged for an agreed date and time.
If you cannot attend, please contact Soraya Luna Oracle at the provided email address as soon as reasonably possible.
A missed session may be rescheduled to a mutually suitable date in accordance with the applicable booking conditions.
Repeated missed appointments, unreasonable rescheduling requests or abuse of the rescheduling facility may result in Soraya Luna requiring a firm appointment before further sessions are scheduled.
Missing a booked appointment does not automatically create an entitlement to a cash refund.

16. BUY ME A COFFEE / SUPPORT MY WORK
“Buy Me a Coffee” or “Support My Work” payments are voluntary contributions made in support of Soraya Luna’s brand creative work and channels development.
They are not purchases of a personal tarot reading, psychic reading, mediumship session, horoscope, other personalised service or shares in the business.
Supporters choose voluntarily whether to contribute and select the available contribution amount themselves.
A contribution does not give the supporter control over how Soraya Luna brand develops the channels or uses the contribution.
As a gesture of appreciation, Soraya Luna may publish a special general, timeless Friday reading on YouTube dedicated to people who supported the channel that week. These are not guaranteed.
A supporter’s name may be mentioned as part of the thank-you unless the supporter chooses to remain anonymous.
The Friday reading is a gratitude feature/general reading and not a personalised service purchased in exchange for the contribution.
Support contributions are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.

17. GENERAL YOUTUBE & SOCIAL-MEDIA READINGS
General, collective or timeless readings published on YouTube, social media or other Soraya Luna channels are created for a broad audience.
They are not personalised readings.
A general reading may resonate completely, partly or not at all with an individual viewer.
Viewers should take what is meaningful to them, leave what is not and use their own judgement.
No individual outcome or prediction is guaranteed through general content.

18. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Soraya Luna may sell physical products including manifestation journals or diaries.
Products will be dispatched using the delivery method specified at checkout, which may include tracked and/or signed-for delivery. Customers may inspect goods as they reasonably could after receipt.
14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Consumers purchasing qualifying products online will normally have a statutory 14-day return period, beginning when the product was purchased.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage within 14-days to us, in the original packaging and undamaged. We recommend retaining proof of postage.
Please email us first before returning any goods.
Where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning and their value has consequently been reduced, Soraya Luna brand may make a deduction where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

19. LOST & DELIVERED PARCELS
If tracking indicates a delivery problem, please contact Soraya Luna brand so that the delivery can be investigated with the carrier.
We treat a parcel as delivered when tracking records confirm receipt and were signed for by the consumer, a person identified by the consumer or a person from the consumer’s household to take possession of it.
Where a parcel is genuinely lost before lawful delivery, Soraya Luna brand will deal with the order in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include replacement or refund.
20. GIFT CARDS
Soraya Luna gift cards are normally valid for 12 months from their date of issue from purchase. Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible Soraya Luna brand services.
They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any unused balance expires after the applicable validity period, subject always to any rights required by law.
If a genuine technical problem with a Soraya Luna-issued electronic gift card, token or promotional code prevents it from being redeemed, please contact us.
Where the issue is verified, we will take reasonable steps to correct the problem, which may include replacing or reissuing the new code/card or, in some cases, a full refund.

21. CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal readings and sessions are treated respectfully and confidentially.
Soraya Luna will not ordinarily share the substance of your personal reading with other people.
However, confidentiality is subject to legal obligations, including circumstances where disclosure is required by law.
Information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

22. PAYMENTS
Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Payment is required using the payment methods offered during checkout, before any service is provided.
Third-party payment providers process transactions under their own terms and privacy policies.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, inability to provide the service or another legitimate reason preventing fulfilment.
Where Soraya Luna brand cannot accept an order after payment and the customer is not at fault, any payment for services or products that will not be supplied will be refunded in full.

23. FRAUD & IMPERSONATION
Soraya Luna brand will not contact you unexpectedly through social media, email, telephone or another private channel to pressure you into purchasing a reading, sending money or providing card details.
Genuine Soraya Luna products and services should be purchased through our official channels.
If someone claiming to represent Soraya Luna unexpectedly requests payment outside the official booking process, do not provide payment or card information.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PERSONAL USE
Unless otherwise stated, Soraya Luna readings, recorded videos, written interpretations, birth-chart reports, horoscope reports, meditations, website material, graphics and original content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Purchasing a service does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights to you.
You may not commercially reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, upload, repurpose or exploit Soraya Luna brand content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

25. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability.
Soraya Luna brand does not attempt to exclude your statutory rights concerning goods, digital content or services.
Applicable Consumer Rights Act standards remain in force, including the requirement to exercise reasonable care and skill.
However, the spiritual nature of a service does not mean that Soraya Luna guarantees a particular prediction, Spirit connection, manifestation, relationship outcome, financial outcome, event or timeframe.

26. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
Occasionally, circumstances outside Soraya Luna brand’s reasonable control may delay or prevent performance, including illness, technical failures, internet or hosting disruption, payment-system failure or other exceptional circumstances.
Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to inform affected customers and minimise disruption. Where we cannot provide a paid service and the customer is not at fault, we will not retain payment for services that will not be supplied.

27. COMPLAINTS
If you believe that a product or service has not been supplied as agreed, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

When contacting us, please provide your name, order number where applicable and sufficient information for us to understand the issue.
A complaint that a spiritual message was unwelcome or that a prediction has not materialised is different from a complaint that the purchased service itself was not properly supplied.

28. CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Where you have a statutory or contractual right to cancel, you may communicate your decision clearly by email to:

29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.
Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights already acquired under an existing purchase.

30. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Scotland.
Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of any mandatory protection or right available to them under applicable consumer law.
